At Ifvgiuws™, we hope every order feels right when it arrives. If something is not quite as expected, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in a simple and fair way 😊
1. Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To qualify, the item should be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags, if included
- Supported by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
2. Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label when applicable.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items 📦
Please inspect your package after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos. We will help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items

5. Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item according to our return instructions.
6. EU Customer Notice
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days for any reason.
Items must remain unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
7. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
