If you need to change your shipping details or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order enters processing or shipment, changes may no longer be available.

Lost Package:
If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, we will help arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
